A man with a characteristic odor is the result of the intervention of Japanese koji molds, which have created a micro-ecosystem within the juice, to the point of isomerizing the structure of the juice itself, also through thermogenesis applied to it.
A ferrous scent accompanied by the presence of amber balms to simulate heat, and the aforementioned mold, which has forever changed the olfactory profile of the original structure.
